Rick Glass, owner of Global Oil and Gas aka Heavy Duty aka Flavor of the month is a criminal that will bill for services rendered 6- 8 months later. Most invoices are phony and made up. He is looking for any way to bail himself out of the mess he has made while hiding in Florida.

Rick Glass is scamming in Clearwater Fl. Living up high in a large waterfront home. Goes out on the water every day riding his jet skis…. He with his daughter Lauran and son in law Cory just tried to rip off the seller of a large jet ski rental co. Between Rick Glass and his attorneys they worked a scan of trying to get all parties to sign documents then at a later date release the funds. They also tried to get the harbor master to put the lease of the marina slip in their names before closing. Once it all fell apart, it was discovered that Rick Glass nor his daughter nor son in law never had the funds to buy the business. The Business Broker representing the business has filed a criminal complete with the Pinellas State Attorney’s office in this matter. Maybe finally someone will stop this low life and give him a more permanent home!
