The blatant copyright infringement comes at the expense of (http://www.ledlightsupply.com/our-vision/) a Calgary, Canada company, called “Evergreen LED” . This copyright infringement, appeared the same day (Sept. 1, 2014) that she shutdown her “J.S. Geldart, CPA” (www.floridalicensedcpa.com) business. Operating “The Art Agency”, “Medical Supplies Reseller”, “Smilemakers”, among others, each publicly listed at 269 Perfect Drive, Daytona Beach, FL, her CPA website was shut down following the State of Florida’s 4 month investigation into “UNLICENSED CPA ACTIVITY”. Her vindictive, malicious retaliation for reporting and revealing this truth, includes hand written death threats, online threats, false accusations and identity fraud /extortion, creating over six false social media profiles (designed to humiliate and sabotage reputation and career) on GOOGLE+, FACEBOOK, and LINKEDIN in the name and likeness of others, insinuating falsely, trumped up "sick immoral behaviors", "domestic violence", "rape", "sex", "child molestation", etc., using as part of the retaliatory effort, without parental consent, pictures of innocent minors )5 year old girl), misrepresentation, untruths, and the filing of false charges and police reports (proven false and immediately dropped by prosecutor Diaz in Volusia County).
