Barrett's Automotive and Safety Service

I took my truck to this guy to get it passed for safety and emissions and we agreed to do an inspection. He then began to make unauthorized repairs and when I said no, he demanded hundreds of dollars more than agreed upon in cash only to turn me over my vehicle. He is holding my truck hostage on his private property lot. I now have to take him to court. What do I do in the meantime without my truck?
