Keith McNeill Plumbing

Keith McNeill Plumbing practices gender discrimination which is a violation of Florida employment statutes.
I went to McNeill Plumbing for a job interview. Beforehand I was told by Johnny Thomas of Labor Finders that I was not the gender McNeill was looking for but that I could go for the interview anyway.
At the end of the interview I was told to report to work the next morning. An hour after I left the interview I got a call that they had changed their minds and wouldn't need me after all. I think they told me I could have the job just so I would leave.
I immediately contacted the Florida Commission on Human Relations who set up a phone mediation to try to resolve the issue out of court. I also talked to a local employment lawyer.
McNeill had their lawyer using strong arm tactics to intimidate me into settling for a low figure. They used their business relations with Labor Finders to have Johnny Thomas lie about witnessing the discrimination.
It makes me sick driving around this town seeing McNeill trucks driving around everywhere while their customers probably have no idea what slime ball business practices they use.
