Mr. Richardson is now offering Vita Townhomes in Farmers Branch. I highly suggest everyone does a background check .. Check it out for yourself don't believe me:

I unfortunately was scammed by Mr. Richardson as well. I've tried to collect payment from him and was eventually directed to the CFO of the Vita Townhomes' project to pay me. The CFO is now non responsive and has yet to pay me even though he said he would take care of it. Interestingly enough the CFO was hired BY Kevin. So be very very leery of this project and who is running it!
What type of services did you do?
It's just funny to watch how many times this happens and he gets away with it all over again! Are there any laws that stop someone like him?
