Corky Bells restaurant owner generously provided security video of enraged, disorderly Pamela K. Geldart punching Barton Christner three times on the left of his head, while he sat calmly on a bench. Pam Geldart proceeded then to smash Mr. Christner's MacBook Pro and Cameras worth thousands. Putnam County Deputy Roberts overheard Pam Geldart screaming, "Who are they gonna believe, he hit me!" but video forced her honest confession, "Yes, I hit him. Three times." Deputy Roberts charged Pamela K. Geldart for Criminal Mischief (case# 11-3499).

Pamela K. Geldart purchased at Best Buy, a $2300 replacement MacBook for Mr. Christner, to subsequently have dropped her Putnam Criminal charge against her.

Ms. Pamela K. Geldart (public Facebook capture) lied, drunken, retaliated, malicious 8-minutes vindictive lies to 911 dispatch (from actual transcript) "two days ago he filed charges against me, when really he hit me, broke windows, knifed my car, pushed me, threw me on ground, threw me off a four inch step." Dispatch asked her are you injured? Ms. Geldart says, "No." Why he'd do this were you fighting? Ms. Pam Geldart responds, "No." Dispatch asks, what were you arguing about? Ms. Pam Geldart hesitates, answers literally, "Quite frankly I can't recollect," and continues, "I want an officer here to see I'm a 94 pound hamster and he's a 220 pound Daddy, I couldn't possibly hit him, he hits me!" Volusia County officers arrived, cited "zero tolerance" without evidence, injury, interest in video surveillance, but just because she called, "we have to incarcerate one of you for 24 hours." Mr. Christner was promptly arrested by Pam Geldart's vindictive, malicious, retaliatory false Domestic Battery charge (case# 110-821-MMAES).

State's Attorney Diaz later reviewed Pam Geldart's antics, photographic evidence, video, the 911 transcripts, Putnam's criminal charge, Pamela K. Geldart's inconsistent, persistent outright lies, even reprimanded her for perjury, and immediately DISMISSED everything she alleged, as "NO INFO" (legalese for "she lied").

Including an acquaintance in Shelby arrested for Aggravated Assault, another in Seminole County with Trespassing and Battery, Pamela K. Geldart's ex-husband, licensed CPA "James Geldart" (Palm Coast case# 2009-1838), ex-boyfriend deceased "John Korchinsky" (Delray Beach) and St. Augustine political acquaintance "Armando Mustiga" (Palm Coast) - research later revealed several had filed separate restraining orders against Ms. Pam Geldart in differing jurisdictions respectively, including Mr. Christner's before Judge Pigotte (case# 2010-32529 FMCI).

10/16/2011 Pam Geldart intentionally targets Mr. Christner's clients Edwin Cosio, among other authority figures, a Melbourne patent attorney, Barton Christner's tenure committee chairman and his ex-wife, a Sanford Fireman and his ex-wife, even a Daytona Beach Commissioner and his ex-wife (on-trial for murder) posting an unknown woman's photographs in a faked online dating website profile as Lindy_99 to further her lies ("Lindy" is derived from Pam Geldart's visiting niece's first name). The commissioner forgives her "catfishing", as she explained to the court, "it's to protect her identity while meeting men online". Believing her story, the commissioner called in favors, brought the police chief and a county-paid lawyer (on the taxpayers dime) in hopes to influence a judge. They had not known about her 8-minute, 911 call; Ms. Geldart's tactics did NOT later fool the court.

11/16/2011 Having failed, Ms. Pam Geldart assumes the false identity of Stacy Merrick and proceeds to Barton Christner's false booking image - a photograph she caused to be propagated online in the first place - Ms. Geldart posts further lies, pretending to be Stacy Merrick, proven later through legal requests of registered IP provider records.

03/20/2013 This dramatic "house of cards" eventually fell. Public profiles confirm Barrette Outdoor Living (posted as her employer) subsequently released her by March 1, 2013. The State of Florida is interested in Ms. Geldart's entire year's 2010 receipts for unemployment compensation while claiming to D&B a $98,000 revenue under a purchased business license as "The Art Agency", and as an industrial LED supplies contractor with North Carolina based W.F. Harris Lighting.

05/15/2013 Pam Geldart writes APOLOGY LETTER (info about her children removed):

"BB- Long overdue, I know. Things got out of hand a few years back and I went too far. I admit had much to much wine and Bacardi. I was afraid to help stop it [Mr. Christner's arrest] once I'd made that vary vary horrible ten minute 911 rant! I really see mug pictures and stuff online what it is I put you thru now that I lost my job at Barrette! I did meet a guy lots like you. He's not you. But I'm happy. Hope you are too? Send me a link when your book's out, maybe, k? Ribbit -Pam"

A system that permits repeated, vindictive false Domestic Violence claims, insults the real victims these laws intended to protect.

False Domestic Violence arrests occur simply based on a 911 call accusation, require no evidence through what prosecutors call "zero tolerance," resulting in mandatory overnight incarceration, six weeks urinating in a cup, on-site weekly, and probationary restraint from leaving the jurisdiction. Dozens of sleazy mugshot industry websites screen-scrape booking photographs from county records, extorting over $400 average per instance, each site offering "internet mugshot unpublish" services. The effect to family, friends, employers is extremely derogatory and misleading as false "inmate records" appear when names are searched online.

Search Engine bias for the emerging extortion mugshot industry, coupled with federal and state scaled funding and shelter compensation encourages 100% dragnet, arrest rates that include malicious and vindictive false 911 calls. False charges simply get dismissed, the caller's file is sealed, while the "accused" remains on public display. Ms. Pamela Geldart has repeatedly insulted legitimate victims, falsely destroyed innocent reputations, and repeatedly complicated an untold number of people's lives, careers, family financials and children's support.

Use Google or Bing "Mike Haywood arrest" 10 days on the job, 3.7 million contract fired by Pitt just two hours (based on the accusation and arrest alone - innocence or guilt was NOT a factor) after a 911 call, according to news sources, the woman actually wanted to retract?
