Beware of a Chinese man, in his 20s, by the name of Charlie Jin aka Xiaoqiao Jin. He is a child predator and date scam artist and assaulter of prostitutes. He currently lives in Winnetka, California at 20250 Roscoe Boulevard.
He has two mangled front teeth and bad acne.
He is VERY dangerous.
He is a member of online sites such as Rent-A-Friend and Zoosk dating and many other sites, where he looks for more victims.
