Don't enter into contract to buy this house. Me and several people did and tried to close, Benjamin and Galit Messinger refused to close. These are bad people who waste your time and money.

I am not sure who wrote this review. Our intention is to sell the house. We don't have the extra time to have open houses for hours, meet prospects, buyers, agents and lawyers. If someone wanted our house badly and did not get his/her wish and post these comments they should be a shame.
