Bob Blanchard since 1986 has been using phone chat lines to get underage minors to sell themselves in Boston and Providence. He used chat lines with RNK Telecom, Pilgrim Telephone, Great Lakes Communications.

Lately he has teen girls on 712-432-5700 trying to entice men to meet them in Boston and Bob is making money from the phone line and getting the guys on the 712-432-5700 to lure the kids in.

He is a monster, thief and tries to get out of everything.
