Salon True is the WORST salon in all of California.
The stylists have many times BURNED and ruined clients' hair and the owner, Elli, an arrogant deadbeat, refuses to make corrections or to help with any resolution.
AND ALL OF THE SO-CALLED "GOOD" YELP REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND PHONY AND POSTED BY THE SALON'S EMPLOYEES.
BEWARE of the false claims, which are all misleading.
The resident stylists at Salon True, In Sherman Oaks, California use FAKE, Counterfeit Kerastase and FAKE Oribe products on clients' hair and they are so unskilled that they frequently cause permanent damage to hair shaft and hair follicles.
The prices are far too steep for having your hair destroyed by the stylists of this overrated salon.
Oh, and Salon True, in Sherman Oaks, California, has had numerous warnings by the California Health Authorities, however the uncaring owner, Elli, and the salon "front desk manager", a psychopath by the first name of Emily, have refused to make necessary corrections.
To make matters worse, the front desk girls are trained TO ALWAYS PRESSURE AND PUSH CLIENTS INTO TIPPING THE STYLISTS WITH BIGGER THAN REASONABLE TIPS!
I mean, customers already know to leave tips, but for this salon to always beg for tips and put customers on the spot is very poor and unprofessional and the epitome of trashy.
