He finds an emotionally vulnerable person and gradually smooth talks himself into her life. Next he wrecks the woman's family life and gets her out of her marriage. The worst form of exploitation starts then. He convinces the woman to get divorced promising to provide companionship - the rest is easy for him - he ultimately leaves the woman high and dry and like a predator moves to his next prey. Being a Chartered Accountant he is not allowed to advertise, so he sets up these gullible women as qualified Chartered Accountants in public domain advertisements to get clients and make money.
