Jane Plan

I ordered a 3 or 4 month diet plan from this company, though I reside in the USA. The first box they shipped me was held up in PA customs and they removed all beef, chicken and lamb items. It was a hassle to get any reply from Jane Plan. In the mean time I canceled the died plan within their given time frame to opt out, but they still billed me $234.40 for a second box. My Master Card is totally confused, and though Jane Plan finally issued me some credit for the items I never received, Master Card people billed it back to me due to the confusion about the second box I never received. I have asked Jane Plan a number of times by email to clarify this with my MasterCard but they won't even answer my emails now. So very frustrating. I wish I had never ordered from them because they don't even have the courtesy to respond and get my problem solved! Plus the food items I did receive are very difficult to eat - very strange items. I would never recommend Jane Plan to anyone.
