Russ mortenson Boyd

Russ is a 62 year old bartender at the San Diego Eagle. He thinks he owns the place. When his customer base gets low he creates lies about himself, the staff, and customers. He constantly dreams that he is the owner. He never has any business and pins customers against each other. He is always talking big but never comes through.
