"Lumanere Skin Cream" or "Glowing Skin Aid"
Trial product scam
Received offer for trial item at $3.86 but when I accepted the offer an immediate warning from my internet security came up saying that the site was not secure and had a record of complaints. I immediately both called and emailed telling them I changed my mind and did not want to try the item and not to send it. I received two seperate phone calls thanking me for my order within 5 minutes and I told both operators not to send the item that I had already sent an email cancelling the trial and would not accept the item. I told them I had received an internet security warning and as a result was cancelling the order. No order came so I thought it had been taken care of. However, then I received a charge on my bank account for 89.84 so I contacted my bank. The initial company I had delt with was Lumanere but I was being charged by a company called "Glowing Skin Aid" I had never heard of. The bank got me the number to call the company and I did. They said I had ordered the product from sister company Lumanere and I said that I had contacted them immediately and canceled the trial and spoken to 2 persons at the company + sent email cancellation. They claim I received the product but I did not. They say they have tracking report that it was received. I told them I never got any product and they then said it was left at the door. I am handicapped and housebound and my bell never rang and no one knocked. After much discussion with company and my bank they said they would send refund but in the meantime charged an additional 89.84 for second delivery which also never arrived. I have yet to receive either refund or any package and after searching on line have discovered many like complaints at the website below https://supplementpolice.com/lumanere/
Don't be an old fool like me. NEVER ORDER TRIALS --- THEY ARE SCAMS AND ONCE THEY GET YOUR INFORMATION YOU WILL HAVE TO FOREVER BE ALERT.
