1 - I saw a posted photo of a kitten on her FB account , and after contacting her inquiring about that exact kitten in that photo she told me that he’s available, and again she assured me that he’s available and she told me his name . We agreed to the terms and I sent her the deposit , and when I asked for a more recent photo of the kitten after that , I discovered she's trying to scam me using a false photo of another kitten . I was very upset and asked for me deposit back, she refused to send me my deposit back , or give me the kitten I wanted from the start , she offered me another male kitten whom she told me has a nice pedigree , I accepted after viewing his pedigree information she gave me . When I asked her why did she lie to me from the start , she replied that she didn’t mean to scam me but she doesn’t understand English very well , so later I used google translate to write to her in her own language so she wouldn’t have any more excuses , although she speaks English very well on her FB page !

2 – She offered me to have a girl with that boy as they both are not blood related, and have a good chance of producing nice eye colors because of a certain famous violet eyed cat which is the great grandmother of the boy from his mother’s side , and she sent me the contracts , both contracts included information of the cats’ parents and dates of birth , and also mentioned that after the full payment she will send me both cats' pedigrees documents with ownership .

3 – At the airport to receive the cats I found out she didn’t send the official health certificate although I told her many times before that they are the most important, and that if she didn’t send them cats might not be allowed to enter the country, she only sent me passports and vaccination records, which caused me a big problem at the airport and they wanted to send cats back to the country they came from , after lots of tries and talking they agreed to release the cats , on condition they hold the cats passports till I provide them with the official health certificates .

4 – From the moment I got the cats I noticed that the boy is breathing heavily with a strange sound , and that his coat is full of ring worm fungus circles, I directly took photos and sent to her , she told at first that it happened because of the stress, and when I asked how could all this happen in just 3 hours flight time , while this fungus spots are dark and hard that need at least a month to develop to that degree , and how could she didn’t notice them , she said she didn’t see them before , and they might have happened as a side effect of the vaccination she gave !.. and about the boy’s breathing she said (it’s normal) just like his mother !

5 – She told me not to visit the vet because it’s an easy thing and that she will herself prescribe me an anti-fungal drug, that I can buy from the human pharmacy and she would tell me the dose! .. I didn't listen to her and visited the vet and no matter what anti fungal shampoos, liquid wash, ointments he prescribed me, the case kept getting worse, that about 80 % of the coat of the poor boy was gone, and I had to shave also about half of his tail which was all knots because of that dandruff, and out of the sudden my other cats got infected, and I became a regular costumer to the vet’s, and had to bath all the cats I have every two or three days.

6 - I found out hat she lied about the girl’s date of birth to make her about 3 months younger, and when I asked her about that she said that (she was confused !) , but I knew later when I asked her about another girl from the same litter and why she didn’t offer her to me instead of that girl , she said she didn’t offer her to me because she was very little and not thriving till lately that she was going to sell her as a pet , so I knew why she lied about that date of birth to make the entire litter 3 months younger !

7 - At the 1st of Feb she sent me only the ownership without the pedigrees , to discover that she lied about the boy’s mother , and that the mother whom she claimed would inherit the boy a good chance of producing nice eye color, is not his mother at all but some other cat , and when I confronted her she acted as if it’s a normal thing and said that I’m lucky this way , and that the new pedigree is better , I told her that it’s not true and asked her to tell me exactly how it’s better , she didn’t reply to that , I told her that I’m not asking for anything better or worse than what we contracted and signed on , and that she deceived me , she said she was (confused) at the time of birth because she had so many kittens , so I asked how in the world could she stayed confused and not knowing the kitten's parents till he reached 6 months and after that he stayed 4 months with me , and how could she be sure she is not confused anymore and that the boy really belongs to those parents ?!

8 - When I asked her to send me the pedigree documents as it's mentioned in her own contract and as she assured to me more than once, she told me that she already has sent to CFA so I would have an official pedigree , and that she's waiting for the mail to come from the US , and that she paid 100 Euros for that, so I waited and weeks later when I asked her again she told me that she is not obliged to send me any pedigree , I sent her a copy of her own contract the same one that she made herself ,and I under lined with red the part where it says at the time of full payment she will send pedigree with owner ship , she replied that pedigree means the green slip , and she refused to send me the pedigree !

9 - From the start I kept asking her to discuss with me the poor boy’s physical condition with honesty for once as he was not growing at all and not responding to medications , beside his breathing problem that kept getting worse , it was as if he's struggling to breath , and I told her that from the start ,she kept wasting the time escaping and giving me false dates to discuss his health condition and kept saying (don't worry, it's normal) till I found it's FIP !!!

10 - I struggled to save his life with different vets in more than one city , and didn't want to lose hope till the last moment . It was very painful to watch him fading a way while there's no medication for his case .

11 - I got the poor boy on October 2016 and he died on May 2017, after 7 months of struggle with an incurable virus, that he was sent to me already infected with , by an immoral seller, that refused to take her responsibility and didn't show any sign of sadness or regret when she knew he died , and when she knew she's being investigated , she made one more desperate lie . As she made a post on FB asking people to share it ,saying that I'm stalking her !!! I have had all kind of lies and nonsense form that person and never made a single post , but since she asked for it , then I have my right to mention her name too , but with proofs and evidences , not by stupid lies as she just did,and now I hope she could enjoy watching her true face being exposed .

12 - While I was going through all conversations , I found she already sent me a photo of the same cat once before and said she already sold him to England , then a month later after her first trial to scam me , she sent me the same photo saying that I can have him , that leaves no doubt she already knew something was wrong with the innocent boy's health , after she sold him and it was returned to her , yet she sold him once again to me knowing that !!!
