Thomas Guerra aka Ashton Chavez

Thomas Guerra, who at the time was going by Ashton Chavez, was the fiancé of Latham Staples, a San Diego businessman and civil rights activist. When Latham uncovered that his partner was intentionally infecting people with HIV he went to the police. Thomas was eventually convicted of willfully spreading HIV: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Guerra He was also found guilty of harassing Latham in a separate case.

But Thomas Guerra turned on his fiancé and destroyed his company by stating to his business colleagues that he was mismanaging funds. He got Roman Jimenez, Latham’s ex’s best friend, to write a hit piece citing “anonymous sources” that Latham had stolen this money. Thomas even went so far as to take Latham’s corporate card and use it for some iTunes purchases that he later attempted to claim Latham had done, through the relevant games or songs weren’t on Latham’s devices. The board hired an auditor who found no wrongdoing by Latham. It was too late though as Thomas Guerra and his friends spread the blog piece. The company eventually folded.

Thomas is truly evil. He uses people, used Latham, then he turns against them when they are longer a benefit to him.

And btw, he’s still lying online about not having HIV and infecting people (pics attached are of a Grindr conversation with Thomas Guerra stating his “clean” (in the blue text), meaning that he’s negative, then furthering the lie by stating he’s on Prep which is only for HIV- individuals).
