These people are complete and utter crooks, do not under any circumstances forward any monies to them. They claim the monies are held in an escrow account until the works are done. They have no intention of doing any work and your money will be stolen. I would strongly advise that anyone with any information at all on these scum post it on this website so that we can take appropriate action against these thieves
