This is true!!!!!
My husband felt sorry for them so we rented them our house they didn't pay us for a year!!!!!!!! Courts took that long to get them out people make sure you do your homework, we are currently collecting back money from him slowly

I RENTED MY HOME TO THEM ON 7TH STREET IN Staten Island MY HUSBAND WAS TRYING TO HELP THEM AND WORK WITH THEM THEY HAD ONE EXCUSE AFTER THE OTHER WE HAD TO PUT A JUDGEMENT ON THEM. GOOD LUCK TO US GETTING PAID HE OWES US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

DO. NOT RENT TO THEM - I HEAR THEY ARE IN LANDLORD/TENANT COURT AGAIN!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!
