This is a public post about a very disturbed, controlling individual by the name of Ernie Guitterez.
Ernie Guitterez is an angry, rageful, criminally violent individual and also a harsh misogynist.


Ernie Guitterez is also connected with the SCAM business called:

This company: Burns Environmental Services has its alleged address listed at:
19360 Rinaldi St.
#381
Porter Ranch, CA. 91326.
In fact, this address is merely a P.O. Box mailing address and not the operating office of this SCAM business.

The individual in charge is Ernie Guiterrez, an individual with deep-seated anger and rage issues and diagnosed schizophrenia.

This SCAM business also bills itself as a "woman-owned, minority-operated," business.
This is absolutely not true.
As for Ernie Guiterrez running this low-down business that steals from customers and never does the work that customers pay for, Ernie Guiterrez is not a minority.
And it may now have a woman behind its scenes, in some indirect manner, however it is neither "woman-owned" nor "minority-operated."
This fake, phony billing is to mislead prospective customers and give them a false sense of supporting a business that "would just love your support!"
And such misdirection, by the owners of this no-good business are the first red flags to know that you should have any dealings with this company.

This is a lead and mold abatement company and they also perform lead and mold testing.
Be aware that, as for testing, this company will perform detailed testing, but then yield entirely FALSE results in order to fool homeowners into hiring this very company to abate the mold and/or lead that have been claimed homeowners and their property have.
As for the actual abatement of mold and lead and any other contaminants, this company does the most SHODDY work.
The Yelp reviews of this company have several "5-star" reviews, however those so-called 5-star reviews are absolutely BOGUS and created by the friends & family of this very company.

Abatement:
If you do have a different and honest company perform mold, lead, or other contaminant testing, then do NOT elect to hire this company and DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT that this company asks you to sign.
This company is VERY EXTREMELY MISLEADING, SNEAKY, AND COMMITTS PREDATORY CONTRACT PRACTICES (Especially against females--Which is ironic, considering it {Falsely} bills & prides itself as a "woman-owned" business).
As for the actual abatement work, this business engages in HIGHLY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.

Although customers have paid this shoddy scam business to perform abatement of asbestos, mold, lead, and other contaminants, they NEVER get rid of the contaminants.
In fact, their work is so undependable, messy, unskilled, that they actually RENDER THE PROPERTY IN WORSE CONDITION AND FAR MORE CONTAMINATED AND HARMFUL TO OCCUPY (WHILE ALSO CAUSING MAJOR ILLNESS AND OTHER PERMANENT HEALTH CONDITIONS TO THE OCCUPANTS AND RESIDENTS, DUE TO CROSS-CONTAMINATION AND NEW CONTAMINATION) .
See, this company knows it is unskilled and lazy and unethical.
And, for this reason, this business sneakily inserts and hidden section in the contract that states that the customer "Waives" follow-up testing and follow-up work, should the company FAIL to correctly abate the contaminants.
That way, when (NOT if) homeowners have follow-up testing after the "work" (Which is not only crucial, but required) and this business fails the testing, meaning the contaminants still exist in and on the property, THIS PROPERTY WILL THEN CLAIM THAT ONE SNEAKY INSERT OF THE CONTRACT AND REFUSE TO RETURN TO FINISH THE ABATEMENT UNTIL CLEARANCE IS ACHIEVED.
After all, the contract is for ABATEMENT.
So, really, any sneaky insert claiming otherwise, is void.
However, this is not a business that prides itself on honesty, quality, or integrity.
And THAT is why it inserts that sneaky, hidden clause into its contracts.
Your home, property, family home will never be the same (Let alone improved or decontaminated) after hiring this company.
You will face months to years of trouble that you never anticipated before.

Contracts:
DO NOT sign any, ANY contract with this company and do NOT hire this SCAM business, period.
The reasons are clearly outlined above.



Predatory Practices:
This business is all about preying on property owners and their families.
It had ZERO ethics and does NOT commit to doing quality or even complete or proper work.
And what this means for property owners and managers is a living nightmare.



Follow-Up:
And when you, as a victim of this low-down, unethical company, have discovered you've been SCAMMED and RAPED by this business and merely email, phone, or contact them in any manner, you will be issues an angry "cease & desist" order (One that does not stand up in any county or state) by none other than an irate Ernie Guiterrez.
Ernie Guiterrez will gaslight you, falsely accuse , even call you on the phone and yell at you, hurl more angry, untrue accusations (In order to further gaslight you and intimidate you, because he knows he has SCREWED UP-Just as he regularly does with over dozens of other victim customers on a daily basis).

If you have already been victimized by this SCAM business, know that you do have options.

PLEASE SIMPLY FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT ON THE CSLB.
Then file a police report for theft (This DOES qualify as theft, as they have taken monies for services NOT performed).
Also research your options to file legal action for deception, predatory practices, theft by deception, cross-contamination, harm & damages and other actions that apply.

Also beware that ERNIE GUITERREZ, the SCAM Artist who runs this shady business, is a known child rapist.
ERNIE GUITERREZ loves little boys.
Helpless little boys are his favorite past time.
He has been arrested for several counts of child molestation, indecent exposure, sexual assault on minors.
This so-called "man" is repulsive.
He is a COWARD who preys on children.
And he, ERNIE GUITERREZ, IS THE SCUM WHO RUNS BURNS ENVIRONMENTAL.
