Beware of Dwanna Willis.
This woman is a monster.
She is a gun for hire.
She can be hired and paid to give false testimony and the most egregious lies ever told about anyone.
Dwanna Willis is a fraud.

Dwanna Willis is one of the most unethical, dishonest, foul-mouthed, and completely vicious "attorneys " anyone can encounter. She works with Dependency Court judges-And extremely closely with judge Nishelle Blackwell, another fraud- to submit falsified reports and other augmented documentation overrun with false, unsubstantiated allegations in order to separate good parents from their children and hand over said children to the bad parent, when she's being paid off to do so.
She lacks integrity.
She lacks honesty.
She is a failure who could not obtain clients on her own merits, therefore she woks as a hired gun for Dependency Court, by which she is assigned clients.
Dwanna Willis lacks skills to make a living as real attorneys do.
This is the reason she sells herself to court-appointed services, as this is her sole way to make any money.
And in doing so, she does the dirty work that professional, ethical, skilled attorneys would never touch.
Dwanna Willis is malevolently dishonest. She takes a twisted joy in causing harm to children, Mothers, and families. She (Falsely) alleges to be "minor's counsel" and to "look out for the best interests of children," however she is a fraud. She cares nothing for or about the minors to who she has been appointed to represent in court.
She makes up complete lies about things that said minors have never said or so much as uttered. She acts in the very worst interest of children.
She willingly falsifies documents, gives false and even maliciously untrue "testimony " during court proceedings, thus knowingly causing harm to children, especially during their formative years, by depriving these children from one or the other parent. She has no morals.
She cares nothing about the children to which she has been appointed Minor's Counsel. Dwanna Willis is a threat to the safety and security and well-being of families.
And because she's extremely dishonest, malicious, unskilled, she will not represent any other client, in any other area of law in a proper manner, either.
Remember, she lacks the skills required of an attorney to honestly or equitably deal with any client for whom she works.
Dwanna Willis has been known to tell prospective clients what they want to hear, collect the retainer, and then create an absurd amount of drama in order to withdraw from the cases, but keep all of the money.
Do not be fooled or intimidated by this failure and unindicted criminal.
If it were not for her personal (Very personal and intimate) relationship and off-duty activities with judge Nishelle Blackwell, more specifically Nishelle Louise Blackwell who presides in Dependency Court and does Dwanna Willis favors by having her appointed as minor's counsel on many cases in that court, Dwanna Willis would have no clients and no income.
At present, when one calls her phone number, she has a recording that states she is not currently accepting new clients--This is only and only because she has the favor of an equally corrupt Children's Court judge, Nishelle Blackwell, who is kicking down assignments to her in which no client can vette her, check her credentials, her criminal history, and so forth. If not for these sweetheart jobs by the crooked judge, Nishelle L. Blackwell, she would be destitute and hungry as there would be no clients to willingly retain and hire her.

In fact, there have been and are many other attorneys who abhor Dwanna WIllis. One attorney, earlier this year of 2024, stated:
"I used to serve as prosecutor in Los Angeles County. I have seen many cases in which criminals have committed bad acts and have been prosecuted. However, the most egrigeous and malevolent acts I have seen, as a seasoned attorney, have been the horrible lies told and testified to by one of the court's own, "attorney" Dwanna WIllis. Dwanna Willis has taken unmitigated pleasure in slandering good mothers with viocu verbal attacks in court and being the toll of their loss of their children and therefore the cause of severe lasting harm & trauma to children. Dwanna Willis should never be trusted to represent a fly, let alone helpless human beings who depend upon court actions to determine their future."

I myself, also an attorney and individual who frequents Dependency Court aka Children's Court and sees the aftermath of bad decisions, have seen and continue to witness Dwanna Willis committing mayhem, under the cover of minor's counsel.
At some point she might respond to this true and factual Report with some phony, non-sensical "response " at some point.
This Report is posted in hopes that others who have been saddled, stuck with, and victimized by this dishonest, malcontent, terrible "attorney," Dwanna Willis, will be able to take preventative and/or other legal action against her.

However, most disturbing and atrocious are the facts that Dwanna Willis, as sanctimonious and self-righteous, as dishonest and hypocritical as she is in her court dealings and falsified documentation and other destructive lies, is also actively (Though secretly) involved in Child Trafficking. Dwanna Willis, with her intimate partner judge Nishelle L. Blackwell, id heavily involved in the international kidnapping and trafficking of small, helpless children from overseas, for child labore and other destructive by highly profitable ventures using (Misusing) these poor children. Dwanna Willis had abused her connections via her court appointments as minor's counsel, to network with other families and individuals and criminal organizations to willingly and actively aid and abet, on a daily basis, the abduction, kidnapping, and harm of children locally and from overseas. Dwanna Willis is a criminal. Perhaps with her court contacts she has been shielded from prosecution to date. However, she is a criminal and shall always be a destructive force in the legal and illegal system.
