The House L.A. is headed by phony pastor, Wes Dunn and his wife.
Donations are funneled into other personal uses, and barely for "church " use.
Keep in mind that almost all staff there are volunteers. All materials are donated.
Overhead costs are minimal.
Also note that Mrs. Dunn has recently acquired a brand-new Mercedes Benz.

Of equally important suspect activities:
During the recent wildfires in California, Wes Dunn has taken immediate steps to profit heavily.
He has added a new "donation" link to his church's Linktree account.
This particular donation link alleges to be "donations" to L.A. Wildfires.
However, when one goes to the link, one can very easily see that all donations go directly and only to the church.
Why not simply post actual links that go directly to the city's funds and which have no interference by the church??
This is because Wes Dunn is a greedy, selfish, scamming shill.
Wes Dunn and his wife are on a cash roll and raking in the windfalls.

Sure, the Dunns will probably, at some point, make false allegations and post phony replies.
However, unless they completely open and share their accounting, then absolutely nothing they claim can or should be believed.
To make matters worse, they continue to sit by and allow volunteer Seth Gowitzka have private (Invitation-Only) "sessions" with the young, vulnerable boys he supposedly "mentors." And they are intentional participants in the sexploitation, molestations, violations of poor, vulnerable boys who will grow up to become future predators themselves.
Wes Dunn has previously alleged that he completes supposed background checks on all volunteers and staff.
However, his claims are flatly untrue and absolute lies.
If he had performed background checks, then he would have known that Seth Gowitzka has had an active restraining order against him by his ex-wife Rachel Matias for domestic violence, child abuse, gender-motivated assaults, and other serious offenses.
So, is Wes Dunn saying that he did the background checks, knew of these criminal offenses, but still allowed a criminal into his church and even went farther by letting him sleep, eat, live at the boys' house on church grounds, with young, impressionable boys?
Or is Wes Dunn saying he did not do the background checks and so he lied?
Which one is it?
And, with these major inconsistencies and dishonesties, then you can see how this same person and his wife are actively scamming and committing financial fraud against the public, misusing and misallocating church funds, and committing other extremely nefarious crimes on a daily basis.
All of these facts are extremely disturbing and concerning.

This is a church that deliberately allows a child predator who poses as a "volunteer" to actually live at this church.
Seth Paul Gowitzka. He came from Ohio to exploit this church by preying on the very young boys who are housed at the church under an alleged "mentorship program."
Seth Paul Gowitzka has had illegal relations with a few of the underage boys there, right under the leadership of the pastor, Wes Dunn at a church called: The House L.A.
The House L.A. is notorious for funneling funds for personal use, committing scams against church members, and so on.
Worst of all, this church is knowingly allowing Seth Gowtizka to prey upon the young boys there.
This is not Seth Gowitzka's first offense.
