Haytham Kafouf is extremely irresponsible and allows any type of trouble & illegal activities, as long as he makes money by labeling this particular property a "sober living." (Which is anything & everything but a sober living. It is in fact a Drug & Disaster Living).

Additionally, since 2010, Haytham Kafouf and Meriana Kafouf have used over 10 businesses, files as L.L.C.s and other "business" entities, to commit huge amounts of fraud and other crimes against people by promising "profits" and other gain but then stealing their monies. The victims have not been able to recover any of their millions of dollars of life savings stolen from them via scams, fraud, and other illegal acts by Haytham Kafouf and Meriana Kafouf aka Meriana Khouri.
The most egregious crimes, though, are the crimes they both have committed & continue to commit against families and their extremely young , helpless children.

They make false promises of housing, wealth, and even housing through "sober living" facilities (Of which they also own several under their business entities). And after they have gained their trust, they obtain access to their little children and then molest, rape, violate the children and also drug them. The irony of owning several "sober living" houses but then selling, dealing, misusing illegal drugs for their nefarious activities.
Upon drugging the little children, they physically sodomize them, threaten, traumatize, and then pressure them into child slavery.
Haytham Kafouf & Meriana Kafouf are manipulators & monsters. They each lack a conscience. They ruin families and destroy children for profit and personal pleasure.
