FRAUD and ROBBERY

In 2008, Atty HARRY WINDERMAN of WEISS HANDLER ANGELOS & CORNWELL a Boca Raton, FL - Law firm - STOLE over $5000.00 from a Senior Citizen and "DAV" - Claiming he had a duly exeuted "Court Order" - NONE EXISTED! Winderman threatned the "Senior" with Jail - if the funds were NOT turned over ASAP! Winderman pocketed the monies. Stole it. A Fl Bar complaint has been filed. The State Atty and FDLE have been alerted. Winderman has a long history of crimes -- He was suspended by the Bar in 2002 for 2 years.

Winderman is a CRIMINAL & CROOK..... Ask Judge Gerber - WE are!!!

Attorneys at Weiss and Handler also got me for about $40,000. in a family court case by claiming they were appearing in court for me, that I didn't need to be there. Overcharging for time, and never did anything to help me. They won't help you either....!
This posting happens to be a total fabrication. Weiss Handler is one of South Florida's finest law firms, there have been no sanctions, no disbarments, the bar compalints filed months ago were dismissed as frivolous, case closed. Latest bar complaint files was actually in favor of the firm.
Mr Anonymous is more than likely the husband that Weiss Handler got judgements against on behalf of his wife and children

These false claims by Mr Anonynous are just that, FALSE. All of these so called suits being brought forward are frivolous just as the bar complaint was, bar took action and case was closed, the complaint actually shed light favorably on the honorable firm of Weiss Handler as it should.

Very difficult in this day and age to find an attorney and law firm that has the credibilty and dedication that Weiss Handler Angelos & Cornwell maintains throughout the years, and rightfully merited. The absolute best
