Scam Alert
Complaint against Paz4Play cattery. Laura A Peters sent me a kitty with many problems, and after spending an ample amount of time and money on healing him, he developed FIP.
I spent the last 10 days of his life watching him wither away in pain. I emailed her with the situation, and she didn't offer anything to help make amends. Is she allowed to get away this?

No Angela this cat breeder should not get away with this horrible way of doing business. You need to file a Protest with CFA ASAP and share with CFA your entire experience and make you send them all the medical bills that developed and then the death certificate.
