Met on Tagged and he said that he lived in California but was stranded in Nigeria. He claimed that he just completed a stadium for them and got paid over $1M and it was deposited in his bank in the States. However, he could not get out because he had to have the PTA (Personal Travel Allowance) in order to get out of the country. It really bothered me that he insisted that I find him the money even if I had to borrow it ($3400) so he can return to Los Angeles and he will pay me back. When he could not get that, he claimed that his daughter, Rose was in the hospital with maleria and he needed $600 to pay for her treatment because he did not want her to die. Then, he did not get that so he wanted $3000 to buy tickets to come home.
This guy tried everything to make me send him $ but I continued to refuse so then he started being very abusive saying that I caused him to be stranded over there. He even supposedly sent me his Credit Card to get him tickets to come home. Of course he did not send it so now he was accusing me of getting it and taking the cash for myself. I eventually told this guy to get off my IM and he cursed me out.
