Chris Dereham has various names Durham, possibly Denham.
Has many companies under his wing, Novus Plc, Cameron Group, Flemming Plc
He is not to be trusted under any circumstances.
He now lives in a mansion in Puddletown called the Old Manor.
He now lives in Ascot and is operating in the Windsor area in a company called Apploors. He rented the Manor House and pretended it was his. He owes money to many people around the country
He is indeed living in a rental property in Ascot. He is not to be trusted, he is a compulsive liar.

Disassociation to Chris Durham aka Dereham
During a routine search of our brand we have discovered a reference made to our company being associated with the gentleman named above. We would like to formally state that this gentleman is not part of our company, nor is he a representative of our company. Any references made above are incorrect.
Chris Dereham is a compulsive liar and very convincing fraudster, if you own a company or investment stay well clear. Apploors is a company Dereham set up with his son in law with other peoples money. He has systematically defrauded people and stays well hidden.
Anyone know where he is now? Puddletown is in Dorset not Ascot, is that where he is?
He moved out of Puddletown in April to move to Ascot. He was evicted from Ascot 2 days ago for not paying rent. He lives with a woman called Kerry Welch. He is definitely involved in Apploors. His son in law is Aaron Lewis Guidice who runs Apploors. Apploors are operating from rented offices in Windsor. Just called them and asked for Chris Durham. The girl on the switch board said that he was not in the office today.

A lot of Durham/Dereham/Derham's money went into Apploors run by his son-in-law Aaron Guidice. Did this money belong to his victims? Why not ask Aaron when he appears as a guest speaker at the Social PR Strategy Conference at Dexter House in London on 18th October. I'm sure he would love to answer the question.
Durhams money has gone on his lifestyle spending habits as well as his son in law Aaron and daughters Nina and Gemma, perhaps someone should ask them where they get their money from and more to the point perhaps the tax man should pay each of them a visit

One of his daughters runs a thatched pub near Ascot I believe, not sure which one. If anyone knows, perhaps we should all meet up there for a drink and compare notes. I'm sure Mr Durham/Derham and Ms Welch will be monitoring these messages, should keep them on thier toes.

also, do stay away from FGC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (previously known as DUE TO HIT LIMITED, name changed today, 20/09/2011?!) - it seems that this company is a subsidiary of APPLOORS LIMITED, run by his son-in-law Aaron Guidice
So Apploors say they have nothing to do with Durham/Derham/Dereham - shame on you Aaron! Due to Hit is a trade mark of Apploors and guess who was trying to raise money for Due to Hit? Got it in one - Durham/Derham/Dereham of course. You still there Aaron? Ask him to pay his debts! Or your wife, his daughter, could ask him. But then you say that you don't know your own wife's father. It appears the net is tightening on D/D/D - prison food awaits for how many of the family?
There are obviously a lot of us who are victims of Durham/Derham/Dereham and his long term accomplices Kerry Welch and Aaron Guidice. Peter Yeldon also seems to feature prominently in the scams. I agree that both daughters Nina and Gemma also seem to be crooks and must know that they are living on dishonest money. His recent scams seem to be Cameron Hunt - see the recent postings on this site for Cameron Hunt (now in liquidation), Vajazzle (run by his girlfriend Claire Jacobs and also funded by dishonest money) Novus (now disown him) and Apploors. The Apploors note to claim no relationship with him on this board is ridiculous. Any scammed person who has not already done so should report their loss to the Police. The Police ARE interested. Just ask to speak to the Economic Crime Unit in your area and report what he has done to you, even if the scam is not recent.
I would be extremely concerned if I was either Chris Derham/Dereham/Durham or Aaron given the quality of the people involved and the quality of legal resources available to them, but then again, they have been there before so perhaps they are taking it all in their stride and aren't worried about relaxing at Her Majesty's pleasure - maybe there will be more people on the inside interested in your scams. Why no posting from either person to defend themselves?

Hello Condor, good Ghost Brigade song in your previous posts! Philip Easter is the Chairman of Validus. Validus would be a natural extension as a victim to Derham's Novus scam. Do you have any evidence that Philip Easter has a dark soul? Most of the people that Derham claims to be associated with are really good honest people and that is one of the reasons that he has been so successful. If Mr Easter is a Derham associate in the truly negative sense we should try to warn Validus as he has joined them fairly recently and it may not be too late for them!
Mrs Jacobs is not an associate of Christopher Derham/Durham.
Since July 2011, Mrs Jacobs has voluntarily assisted and supported investigations with The Thames Valley Police and now with SOCA (Serious Organised Crime Agency).
All allegations made here may now form part of these proceedings.
WOW Chris thats 6 scams I count - all with your name on them, whether that be Durham/Derham/Dereham.
Interested parties should check out scam numbers 3561, 3823, 3808, 3793, 3048, 1238 - theres a whole lot of people who are lining up against you. Its amazing what you find out from people who talk. We know the people who work with you Chris, you cannot hide behind them, they too will take a fall.
I think there is an attempt at a real-time scam on this very page. See 'investigations'. Are we supposed to believe that the Police are writing on this site claiming that Claire Jacobs is innocent? We may all have been scammed once and hence this page but we are not chronically stupid.
Claire Jacobs IS a known Associate of Chris Durham/Derham/Dereham. She HAS benefitted both directly (lifestyle) and indirectly (Vajazzle and possibly Glitterati Living) by the scams. She MAY be helping the Police now but it is completely inconceivable that the Police would write on this website to confirm that.
It seems most likely that either CD himself or Claire Jacobs has written the posting. Scamming to the last breath....

Claire - while you are reading this post you may care to tell us how your company was funded from the outset. Where did the money come from? Could it have come from D/D/D? If so where did he obtain the money from? Was it earned honestly by D/D/D? If not then I'm sure there are lots of people, Police included, who will help you return the money whence it came.

Great news, now we know that Yeldon is in it up to his neck as well, checked out Cameron Hunt they were never registered to Cameron House, the Cameron Group are though, then it changed to Novus House, and then Novus were registered there, they are obviously another company Dereham/Yeldon scammed, I dont think either would be very welcome there.
Novus is an unfortunate company that has been scammed by Chris Durham/Derham/Dereham and Yeldon is one of D/D/D's associates. If you have been scammed by either men contact your local economic crime unit or Wiltshire Police, they will be happy to deal with you - you are not alone.

Chris Derham, I have recently met with with Mr. Derham and have read this website with interest as I really cant decide what to make of it. His interest is in my companies but I am too cautious to say any more on here but would like contact with any of the people on here who have personal experience. I have in the last year run across a Sociopath and I know exactly how they operate. If someone would like to talk to me please leave me a message here. There is no doubt having read all the detail that it is the same person.

Oncebitten - having read these scams regarding Durham/Dereham/Derham would you like to risk your companies with this man? I would like to place a bet that if you deal with this man you will lose lots of money and he will drag your name through the mud at the end of it all - afterall he is very good at manipulating decent people and conning them with his sly tactics, then stealing all of their money so he can have a good time. If you are in doubt, contact either the Wiltshire, Dorset or South Yorkshire economic crime unit - if you are genuine they will put you in touch with the right people. Whatever you do, do not sign anything, give away any personal details or part with any money!
A Chris Durham has recently been seen in the Ascot, Sunningdale area looking for rental property.
Who is he scamming and stealing from to pay for it? What evidence is he providing to secure a rental contract - whatever 'evidence' he provides won't be worth the paper its written on - contact Thames Valley economic crime office if you have any information
It seems Chris Derham is living with Kerry Walsh in the Sunningdale area. She recently hired a car in the area and the company had to recover it from her, due to it not being returned at the end of the rental period. Apparently Chris Derham has since been in contact to say he would pay the outstanding bill.
Gone are the days of chauffeur driven Jags from Cowarth Park then Kerry - bit of a come down eh? If Chris offers to pay the bill, you can bet it won't be his money as apparently he is pleading poverty (bring out the violins) - whose credit card is he fraudulently using this time?
With Miss Kerry Welch in the frame we will now need four black hoods. The tangled forests of Hartac hear no screams, only the wolves find you. The Black Swan will come for all four of you for sure. I am watching and I am ready.
If it is of interest, I can probably find the address through contacts in the area that Kerry Walsh gave to the car hire company as her home address.
