This person responded to an ad on craigslist about needing a room in the Philadelphia area. It was suppose to be a summer lease (July & August) Once she move in she changed her date of moving out to August 11th. She did not pay her weekly rent and left me with a huge electric bill due to HER running the CENTRAL AIR the entire time she stayed at the residence. I have used every means of communication and she has ignored me. She was living in Atlanta prior to Philadelphia, and she has also lived in Tallahasse Fl. I think she is heading to Pittsburgh. Beware!!!
