I found this system to be worthless. You were never allowed to speak to anyone except for a customer service girl who was not knowledgeable about the system or real estate.
Properties were not analyzed as promised when you print them into the system. I made 11 or more calls before I could get one of eight propertied analyzed and it was sent by email with no communication, no team collaboration or hand holding as promised, If you pushed the girl to do what was claimed she tried to get rid of you. Below is a copy of the email she (Kathy) the only customer service person sent in reply to the request below from the support ticket.

"I need to actually speak with a knowledgeable person by phone. I am interested in Buy and Hold properties and these require setting up funding before the deal is done. According to the sales video The Money Matrix does that, but according to the customer service they do not. According to customer service you cannot speak to anyone until the property is under contract. With buy and hold this will not work because you have to have funding set up first.
Before my 30 day trial is over, I want to speak with Nate Kennedy directly, because of his claims on the Money Matrix video that he handles Buy and Hold deals. Also his claims on the sales video are completely lacking in this system."
