We thought we were buying hay from a man named Gary Carter. He said the hay was from Arkansas (I'm in TX), so I sent hm a check to a P.O. BOX Bigelow, AR. He was going to have it delivered for $600. Later, after cashing my check, he tells me the hay is in Georgia and the hauling cost is now $2000. We told him we wanted our money back, but he never sent it or the hay. He said after the hay sold, he would send us the money. But of course, we haven't heard from him and he's no longer accepting our calls.

If anyone has heard of him or knows his address, we would really appreciate it. We can't file charges with a P.O. Box-- it has to be a physical address.
