fake boat mechanic and boat sales scamer

This man stole legal documents - boat tittles and took advatage of me lieing about the sale of the boats and vehicles. He is not a boat mechanic what so ever and is looking for good people to take advantage of. His wife and son are also invalved it this scam. They are originally from california. He drives with no license and has no idea on how to repair any boat or car. Please be careful with this con artist. He will take you to the cleaners. Also he is a drug addic and a drunk. Look at his mug shot from the okaloosa county sheriff. He lives in fort walton beach florida
