Not a Doctor, a DEADBEAT!

Nazareth, Pennsylvania, 18064

This woman rented from me and claimed to be a doctor and single mother of two at the time. First few months of rent were paid and then the only checks that followed were ones that bounced. Had to go to court to get her evicted and was awarded a judgement against her that she has NEVER made any attempt to pay! The reason is because this is her m.o.--- I am sure she has a list of judgements against her and know that she is in litigation with her current landlord, who is also trying to get her evicted. She lies with skill and convinces you that she is a decent person, she will ask that you do not run her credit because she is a doctor BUT you better run it or you will end up like the rest of her previous landlords! In fact, if you allow her in your rental at all, you will no doubt get stuck for money and end up in court with her. There was also damage to the rental unit when she left - broken windows and left in absolute FILTH - these are VERY un-clean people.. She is a compulsive liar and just goes from one victim to the next!

I was scammed by "Doctor" Dorian too, who apparently goes by many different aliases including Guerrierie, Leigh, Grey, Dammer, Papst, and combinations of these names. After much research, it seems as though she has done this to a TON of people throughout PA, NJ, NY, and CA. Many of the scams seem to be about her writing fraudulent checks as payment for rental properties and other services, as well as extremely well thought out and planned lies. I was scammed when she began renting my home in Nazareth, PA. She told me that she would be living there with her son only, but i have discovered that she actually lives with a man named Walter and 3 boys (Alex, Dean, and Walter). She claims that Alex is a professional motorcyclist who is sponsored by Red Bull and others and even goes as far as to create her own websites that claim this, so that when people Google the name it appears she is telling the truth. IT IS ALL A LIE! During her first couple weeks in the house, she wrote several bounced checks to myself and local businesses, and made several complaints regarding things breaking in the house (which i am convinced that she broke these items herself to divert attention away from rent payment). ALSO, one of her major complaints was the smell of CAT URINE in the house. I am extremely fortunate to have lived in a neighborhood of people who i can call friends because they were able to inform me of many things that i would have never known including: MOBILE METH LABS SMELL LIKE CAT URINE!!! And this woman NEVER leaves the house, with the exception of 15 minute intervals (drug run maybe?). She locks her children out of the house for long periods of time while they stand outside knocking. Also, i have neighbors who have spotted her wearing big gloves to take items out to the trash can, which were then immediately placed in a garbage bag and thrown into the back of a big white moving van with NJ plates (getting rid of the evidence maybe?). There are many other signs that point to this conclusion. I am in the process of proceeding legally and the police are well aware of whats going on. Please contact me (winkyduzer@aol.com).
