LMB Construction Cleaning

This is not the first review I have seen for this company and I am glad to see that. Hopefully word will get out and they will no longer be able to scam people any longer!!!! I was an employee of this company the owner Lisa is my Cousin's wife.... I worked for them for probably five months cleaning.... after working for a month they offered me a position cleaning the parking garages at FCU.. Obviousily they felt I was a great employee since that was their best client due to the fact they wanted to get more contracts with them. So I took the position eventhough it was not good pay.. They even called me to do extra work during the day.. So evidently they felt I was a hard worker I had to work mon.-fri. cleaning five garages one had 6 levels two had 5 and two had 4... that's picking up trash cleaning elevator windows and floors and changing trashcans.. And it was also 30 min. away. For 160.00 a WEEK. It was a lot of work but I needed the money. My husband even came out to help me for free....Which means we had two people doing the work and it looked good I was proud of my elevators. And we only had one complaint wich was something spilled on one of the elevator floors. Well that can happed at any moment just like trash was dropped every minute. So I was real surprised when I told them I didn't want to do the job anymore that it wasnt't worth it to me that they then started to say I was getting complaints.. I found that funny since there was two people doing the job they were only paying one person to do. Well I found out the following friday when I called about my check that they said I wouldn't be receiving one... Mind you it was only two days but I really needed it for my son's First Birthday!!!!!! They claimed they weren't going to pay me for the last week cause I never went out there... I tried to argue with them that I had proof with the police station on campus they had given me a jump my last day. My brother was also proof since he was the one watching my children???? So it seems Companies are just able to screw people out of money since I tried what I could to get my money and was not able to I had to scrape up what I could to throw a small party for my baby and believe me it wasn't the first birthday part I wanted to have for him............. So a couple months later when I'm talking about the situation with my other cousin I come to realize I never recieved what would have really been me last check you Know the one you supposed to get when a company makes you wait two weeks to get your first check?????? So in reality LMB construction Screwed me out of two checks. For a struggling mom with two kids its kind of sad that a company is able to do that to someone not to mention your own cousin..........
