He pretends to be lonely person who has no friends. He admires you and makes you believe his stories. He preys on older woman telling them that age doesn't matter (until it's
time to pay back, then he calls you an old woman) He asks to borrow money because his mother and he will be evicted and living on the streets. I did research after falling for his lies and his mother told me he's no good and she was shocked to hear he a took money because SHE has been supporting him. I was lucky, I recovered most of the money, but it took months of fighting and threats that I would call FedEx. I finally called FedEx and they were not a big help even though this guy borrowed while he was delivering to my office. Just Beware...he's a smooth talker.

awwwwww....the person who wrote this sat home crying while typing this and ever other post she posted on this website. It is really sad the extent a person would go to because they're heartbroken! LOL...BEWARE she IS CRAZY
NONEYA is connected with the scammer. This man conned and paid back, Noneya was probably involved in the scam. As he was conning my friend telling her he has no girlfriend, she was in fact his girlfriend and also having his baby. At the time he was at my friends house between June and July, when the debit card was compromised, she was his girlfriend and we were told for at least 3 years. It is irrelevant at this time, since this con man paid back all the money he conned her out of.
And anyone would be devastated finding out that a man conned her for money. Anyone would except cold hearted thieves.

I want to formally state that the person who was conned is not in any way heartbroken over this scammer. This was about money taken under false pretense. Every statement is true with proof to back it up. They want people to believe it is about a broken relationship. This post was about MONEY AND A SCAMMER. Everything stated is true and factual. This man asked for money, told lies to why he needed money and gave a hard time paying it back, even saying "you have money, so you should let me off on paying it back". Again, this man finally paid me everything back, except for dinners, rides, hotels, metro cards and a list of others that this man took from a woman. He is no man in my eyes. At least I recovered what I wanted back. What I did lose was trust in people. So I would like to thank this so called man for taking my trust. To his family, I say shame on all of you.

Okay, lets set the record straight! I (his girlfriend) knew NOTHING ABOUT THIS LADY and about this MONEY! Here's the story:

This lady was involved with Mario for a year. She gave him oral sex in the bathroom while they were both at work. They had sex 3 times at her home out in West Babylon, NY. I, his girlfriend had no IDEA who this lady was until I saw this very first post sometime early in May. Mario and this lady were involved for a year and their friendship ended in July of 2011. I found out I was pregnant with Mario's baby in July. We were friends with benefits as well as she was only difference was I known him close to 4 years now. On February 20, 2012 this lady was told by a "friend" that Mario had a girlfriend and I was expecting his child. This drove the lady mad of course. She had lent Mario money for which he was paying her back through Western Union. When she found out he was in a serious relationship she made it her business to find out his mothers # and contacted the lady and told her what was going on. 2 days later she writes a post on this website along with his picture. A month later she writes another post on this website (March 2011) She then MAKES IT HER BUSINESS to conact me by mailing me a letter to my mothers home address. I once cared who told her about me but now I DON'T CARE WHO OR HOW THEY TOLD HER what I CARE about is how she found out MY HOME ADDRESS!!!! She mails me a letter in April of 2012.

A month passes and I came across this post. I asked him and he told me what had happened. The same day I saw this post he obtained an order of protection against her. We drove down to West Babylon to serve this crazy lady. After being served she started calling his cell phone with out of state area codes. On May 18, 2012 I logged on to Facebook. I had a total of 5-6 messages from her. 3 from May 12th and 2-3 on May 13th. I responded back and asked her nicely to leave me and my family alone. She proceeded to keep messaging me. I blocked her from her original page. She later messaged me from another page calling me names. I returned the favor of course. Funny thing, but we ended the conversation civil even telling me to work it out with him if I love him. I heard his side of the story and decided to stay and work things out. Everything was fine until just hours later she messaged me and started to tease me about who told her. I replied by saying "please leave me alone." She continued and call me out my name. Again the fighting started. She later started to write things on her FB wall and post pictures of the conversations we had as well as his pictures. Crazy and childish right? I, of course, was angry and upset she would do such a thing. She started to talk about my children and say we are not his family. When in reality we are but she wouldn't know what having a family is so today it doesn't bother me. The worse thing that worked my nerve was her calling my child names. From saying she was going to be a slut when she grew up, ugly and now she calls her deformed! Yes, the lady is a psycho and cold hearted. I am not innocent and also said hurtful things which I DO NOT REGRET because she mentioned my CHILDREN!!!!!!

Since, this bitter woman continued to write things about me and my family I made it my business to call her. I called her blocked several times which she didn't answer but when she finally did I let her have it and ended it by saying "I'm warning you JUDY don't mention my children again." Take it as a threat I DON'T CARE! I was already at the point of going to the police because I did truly fear my child’s safety since she mailed me a letter. After the call I made to her that cell phone started to receive weird area code #'s just like Mario’s....coincidence right? Funny thing is NO ONE CALLS THAT PHONE! So we already knew it was her. She continues to post things online and so did I. She threatened me by saying she was filing aggravated harassment against me and was going to press charges. Is it true? I Don't Know and Don't CARE! I have filed aggravated harassment against her too but since WE have gone back and forth online and she has called me it has now become a dispute!!!! YES, I too went to the police and got the 411. I have made a NEW Facebook page so she won't continue to stalk my page and possibly wish bad on my family as I post pictures of them. She was not conned in any way because she decided to lend him that money which he paid off in March. This isn't about the money it's about her feelings being deeply hurt and took it out on the wrong people when she messaged me! She could say she doesn't care but she does because she responded to this post. "Boricua" and "Live" is the same person. It is her. Only her brother is aware of this situation in her family. OUR FAMILY and friends are well aware of this situation so her going to tell them wouldn't do a thing!!!! It is she who should be embarrassed. She is 46 years old turning 47 very soon and was dealing with a 27 year old at the time. Embarrassing huh?! It's a shame she went to all kind of levels to hurt someone’s image only because she was betrayed. How cold hearted! It's a shame she has wished bad upon him saying she hopes he ends up "alone, poor and hungry" all because of this. A REAL WOMAN would have dealt with it and moved on with her life but she chose to go to the extreme. She's mad because she didn't get pregnant as they had agreed on and she wished too so she lashes out at my baby each and every time. She's just an old lady looking for someone to feel bad for her. Too bad she didn't appear to the court hearing...maybe she's scared LOL...I'm sure till this day she posts foolishness on her "FAKE FB" page. If only her family knew what she's been up to. GET A LIFE AND MOVE ON JUDITH BAUER...GET A GRIP GIRL LOL :)

I'm not going to have a pissing match with Jodi Vasquez. I never threatened her, her kids, her family or Mario Rincon. I called Jodi at the number that came through in June 2012. The police are aware that I called her back 5 times. Each time she called me whore, bitch or jump off a bridge. Jodi Vasquez called me 141 times for 13 days between 12:30 and 4 am. This would've been over on may 22 when I told her "sort we had to go back and forth" then she decided to call me 141 times. I have a criminal case against her and I have an order of protection AGAINST Mario Rincon. I had the order of protection against me adjourned because I heard Jodi Vasquez was planning on beating me up. I don't fight like a thug. I have the law behind me. I never called her on weird numbers and I NEVER SENT A LETTER TO HER MOTHER!!

Omg yes I am heartbroken. Seriously. When you find out a man that you cared about lied and betrayed you OVER MONEY yes I was heartbroken. But this post only was to warn others about this man. He fooled me into loaning him money. He was never being evicted. His own mother told me she paid the bills even his phone bill. 28 years old can you imagine? I called her kid names boo boo. I never threatened this crazy girl. And obviously she has nothing better to do than keep on. I ended this on may 22 2012 she continued this by calling me 141 times (55 times in one night). She's crazy. Yes I have no children, but if I had two I sure as hell wid never be involved like she is. And yes I said her kid was deformed because again if she looks like Mario he has a deformed lip. I feel bad for these children. Woman like JODI VASQUEZ shod never have kids. Took year and a half to pay 800 dollars. Gave me a hard time paying it back. And I posted that he did pay me back. I have a restraining order against Mario Rincon for threatening me. Jodi. FOR THE RECORD. This post is about a man that scammed me for money. He told me he needed to borrow money because he was being evicted, which was a lie and proven by his MOTHER telling me she pays the bills. He gave me a hard time every week paying me back. He scammed me.
