Hello Relaxtion

I rented an apartment from this owner in December. The owner advertised building parking was included & children were welcome. This was not the case. my family were continually harassed because our 2 year old was behaving like a typical child his age. Instead of refunding me a portion of the very expensive rental they kept a portion of the security deposit. I contacted management & had the phone banged down on me. The management office emailed me that they were looking into it & would send me back the remainder of my deposit. To date no check. would not recommend
