I worked at the Jones Boys last year for a couple months and that was all I could stand. The posts about the boiler room environment and the

type of people that run the place and work there there is dead on.



I have never seen such bad management and a negative environment cretaed by the managers. They are all condescending and try to belittle

people any chance they can get. The managers; Eric Olsen, Mark Disney, Norm Bruns and Gerald are all YES" men with their nose and hands up each

others ass and are litttle men with very low self esteem issues. That's why they have to belittle someone else to make themselves feel better.

The Jones Boys LLC, CrossfireMarketingGroup and Crossfirewebsitedesign.com call center phone operation is nothing more than another typical Las Vegas scammers paradise.



Not only do they scam their customers but also their sales employees. The sales employees are cheated out tof their earned commissions and hourly pay. That is, if the hourly

rate promised is actually paid. They bait and switch people they hire.

When they hire you they will promise an hourly wage but at any given moment and without notice to you it will end. Most of the sales people

that have worked there for any length of time are desperate, scared and brain washed into thinking there is nothing else better in Las Vegas.

Most of these same people wrestle daily with gambling, drinking and drug addiction that's why they need the little daily pay they receive.



I would not advise anyone who is looking to work in a call center to work for this company run and managed by Evelyn Bruns. She goes around

screaming at people trying to intimidate them.

SOMEONE SHOULD CALL THEM -VOICE YOUR OPINION. THEY'RE SCREWING PEOPLE TRYING TO FIND WORK
