I sold a car over Craigslist to this person Faith Daniels for 17,900.00
and after I dep[osited the check I withdrew the funds and 2 days ltr
the check bounced.
The car I was selling is a 55 chevy bel-air fully restored
andI was selling it for my mother, since the funds were not mine and she paid off some out standing debts I ended up oweing my bank that amount, thank God she did not get the car.
Ive since had the car appraised and its value is higher than what i was selling it for so I'min the process of reselleing it to pay off my bank .
The check was drawn from a real acct. but when submitted for payment they returned it.
I am currently trying to sell the car to another person who does have the money to purchase it.
