apex loan solutions

this company called me 3 weeks ago claiming a pay day loan i took out 5 years ago used the money i paid them to pay it off fraudulently and now i owe them over 1250 dollars. that call they threatned me with jail. today they called back and threatned me with ruining my life. they went on the website whos calling me and wrote all over it that i was a loser and deadbeat and didnt pay my bills. what legitamite companies do this. none. hiring a lawyer to see if i can sure them for fraud and harassment.
