When i signed up for this , it was to be 9.99.

when I printed out the receipt, they charged me 34.94. when I called this company, the guy that I talked to said that he couldnt give back my money and that he couldn't clean my PC. wouldn't even try, instead gave me a scare tactic about not turning off my computer until I had it fixed. That's what I payed him to do.....

DON'T TRUST THEM

Everytime I try to call this number they gave me for a refund (different company)
no one is there and they are closed..I feel like I'm trying to reach that Peggy guy in the commercial for Capitol One.
