Here is one story I found via Yahoo:
I received an Email from a Calvin Queirez of Pentagon for customer service evaluations. He then sent a check to me asking that I cash it at my own bank and proceed to the closest Western Union and use all but 200 dollars to send back. It was a Bank of America check so I went there instead asking them if the account existed. I was informed that I was not an existing account and that I was the subject of fraud. Luckily I chose his route instead of my own bank or I would have been out $980.00. I am reporting this to the police and I suggest that If you recieve and email from this company, you do as I did.

Here another that was written up in the Orlando newspaper
http://orlandpark.patch.com/articles/orland-hills-woman-scammed-by-mystery-shopper-program

An Orland Hills woman told police she was scammed by a mystery shopping program that overdrafted her bank account by $4,000.

In November, she was working for a company called "Pentagon Enterprises" as a mystery shopper, according to a police report.

The company sent her a check for $980. She was instructed to then deposit the check into her bank account, keep $200 for herself and then wire the remaining $780 to another account through MoneyGram, police said.

Along with making the fund transfer, the woman was instructed to make note of the condition of different stores, as well as notes about their products, displays and the employees, police said. She was then to fill out a questionnaire the company provided and mail it back, according to the report.

The woman said she did not meet in person with anyone from the company, but was contacted through text and email by a company representative named Calvin Quieroz, according to the report. She then wired the money, and took surveys at four different stores.

The woman's bank sent her a certified letter on Nov. 23 that said her account had been overdrawn by $4,062.96, and the account was frozen until her balance was made positive, police said. The bank instructed her to file a report with police.

The Better Business Bureau gives a company called Pentagon Evaluation Consultants, based in Pompano Beach, Fla., an 'F' rating. Calvin Quieroz is listed as a contact for Pentagon Evaluation Services on the company's website, but no one answered his listed phone line Thursday evening. A phone message left for New York City-based Jason Coffman, who is listed as another contact for Pentagon Evaluation Services, was not immediately returned.

The company is described on the website as an "all-in-one resource for audit and mystery shop study, surveys, market research, employee development and strategic brand planning."
