Before his supposedly association with his new scam he was connected with a home school program in Maryland. He sold me a franchise for Md,VA and DC at a cost of $40,000.00. He never owned a Franchise. He signed papers that I could get my money back if I decided after a certain period of time that I could get my money back. He professed to be a minister and could spout scripture very well. He never kept his agreement with me for repayment. He keeps on the move so that you have trouble communicating with him. I have a judgement against him and his wife Darlene Gail Frisby. The last time I found them, she answere the door and just laughed in my face. they are not to be trusted.
