This scam artist will try to dazzle you with talk of how he knows the right people, and how he is a mover and a shaker. He is a mover alright. Always moving to stay a step ahead of the law. Him and the blonde bimbo that hangs out with him both are scam artists and will do whatever to convince you to invest and has zero intention of making you money. He pockets the money and moves to the next victim.

Jeff has scammed people in four western states now. He monitors this site and other sites to try to minimalize the damage so he can continue. Help spread the word on this bird.
