Dick Otero and EZCertify promised me that he would get us 8(a) certified, and represented himself and his staff as lawyers who were intimately familiar with the 8(a) process. Well, he took my money (almost $10k with all of the hidden fees), and then stopped returning my calls. He was repeatedly out of the office every time I called, even though before I signed up he was always there. I finally had to take him to court to get my money back, and after legal fees, I barely got back anything. Quintessential scam artist.
