Legal shield

I signed up to Legal Shield and the firm I was assigned to did nothing but give me the run around. I realized that they were not there to help me -just to help themselves out of my money. I decided that I would want to withdraw my membership/account. I called the customer service and after I had verified all ofmy info they tell me I have to send them a written notice for my cancellation!! I called again and the supervisor has the gall to tell me that if i put the charge in dispute that it's going to cost me money! At this moment I am infuriated and shamed that ever paid them any mind. I called my bank to put it in dispute and I had to cancel my charge card.
