Don Carey WholeLeaf Fair Trade Tobacco

This guy will try to ruin your reputation on the the Internet!

Peninsula, Ohio, 44264

Don Carey aka WholeLeaf aka Whole Leaf Tobacco aka Fair Trade Tobacco hired me to develop a website for him. During the project, things didn't work out as planned. I tried to work with him to see this project completed, then offered a refund just to make him go away, but he chose to be uncooperative and try to ruin my good name and reputation all over the Internet. Watch out for this guy because he doesn't care if you had a glowing reputation prior to meeting him. He will set out to destroy you for his own gratification.

Well some of what Jessica Bolins from www.MotionCityMedia.com and www.JessicaBolins.com and www.Motioncityhosting.com says is true, but first...what she says that is untrue...
1. She never followed through with any of the offers to refund or work off the debt.
2. I sent many emails to try to work out some sort of agreement and most of them were ignored. I can send verification to anyone who questions this fact.

What truth she is saying is yes, you should be careful dealing with me, I don't like being ripped off and if you have a habit of robbing people, it wouldn't be a good idea to work for me.

Pretty simple huh?

I can verify that work was done and refunds were offered as well. In fact, ANOTHER refund was offered yesterday in hopes you would control yourself. However, your response was to threaten me. You have a contract written by me with the project details and refund policy which, if you were in the right, would protect you. So excuse me if I think you are blowing this all out of proportion.

Yes Jessica, you did offer another refund, but I've lost count of how many refunds you've offered. The trick to a refund is actually paying it.

You know...there is something to be said for resolving this issue in this format. I positive reply by me can restore faith with someone who might want to use your services.

The true tragedy about this whole thing is I'd bet you could have done a wonderful job for me, but I'll never know.
