Hello. This is Jacob Joey Lozada. I wanted to let everyone know that Ms. Chase has nothing to do with what is in this claim. I am in the middle of domestic situation in court and the person who posted this does not know me or Ms. Chase. I can not say much about my character but Ms. Chase is a independent woman who runs a very clean company and has nothing to do with me. Her and I were business partners for a short time until 2/16/12. She was a client of mine at the same time and the person who was doing my books had access to her information. That is not her home address. That is UPS Store address that she has had for 20 years as most businesses do not want people to know where the location is. If anyone contacts her you will find that she is an amazing business woman has more tact than the person(s) who posted this BS. I can not say anything about me as I can only plead the 5th. But whomever this person is will be in for a surprise this coming week. Please, do not listen to anything about Ms. Chase. She runs a company without flaws for over 20 years and is a highly regarded person in her community. Does not live in Vegas and neither do I. I live in San Diego, CA and she lives in New England.

As I said certain types of business like the Vegas address because that is where most people like to have a business established. Do listen to gossip on these sites as they only cause trouble for people. Thank you for doing business with her if you have and if you have not, it is the best company around. Hello. I have personally known Jacob since 2008 not only as a friend where I work but also had him over my house for many of holidays with my sister and brother in law. He took care of my mother when I could not and even went out of his way to help me when I was in a rehab when I broke my ankle. I have not been able to talk to him because some family do not like him because his ex-partner, whom there are a few, but we know who they are ruined Jacob not only emotionally but had tried to steal his section 8 housing away. I did some checking around even though my sister disagrees with me she finally saw that Jacob is NOT a bad person and was actually fallen to a scam by this person. Someone who does not work because they do not want too. Wants to have section 8 just handed over to them by any agency. It took awhile to sink in and realize that Jacob took care of me, my mom and every person that called him or just showed up at his door back in Chelsea, MA.

Now for the level 3 sex offender part. Jacob is a victim of sexual abuse by his natural father whom is a level 2 sex offender in Florida, look it up; Joseph S. Comella in Bontia Springs, FL. That is Jacob's real father. Read the charges and look where they happened; Pembroke, MA. If you base your facts on this website then you must be mentally challenged. Because if you are a level 3 sex offender you CAN NOT get section 8, or any goverment benefits. So, before you judge Jacob, look up the National Registry of Sex Offenders and type in his name, NOTHING!!!! Amazing how this site can discredit people for jobs, volunteer work, relationships, and more. This site is only being used by me because I will not let some low life person write stuff about someone who is none of this.

I really do not know his friend CJ but over the 4 years I have known Jacob he has always praised this person for giving him jobs that made him succeed in his life and the two were also like brother and sister Jacob tells me. It breaks my heart that this is out there but I hope and pray that the Chelsea Police Department holds their heads down in shame for a person who "had a gun" then it vanished. This story if you really, really read into is written by a person with no social skills, no facts, links or anything to support this claim. I feel bad for Jacob and hope that if you happen to come across this and know or want to know Jacob, talk to him, look at pictures of his ex kicking him in the ribs and his lung half collapsed and having to be in the hospital for 30 days after.

I do not support this site but it is what it is and Jacob although you must be in some pain, always know if you move back to Boston you always have some comfort in the people that really know you. Trust in the day you go to court that something good happens.

People-get facts before you post and if you post something wrong about someone then someone is going to either post bad aboout you or the universe will come haunt you.

Law Student, Boston - DISAGREES

I am a law student in Boston and came across this site about 3 months ago while on vacation. It took me awhile to sink in all the legal laws that this website has created to protect itself. There are some people in Boston including this person who should be suing this internet website and its hosting company.

I for one would love to have this person contact me but I do not know if I can leave my address on here. This man, Jacob I feel bad for. He is not a level 3 sex offender folks. Check out the National Sex Offender Registry Board and the one in the Commonwealth of MA. Nothing, zero.

I did find his father as the other person mentioned above on the State of Florida's sex offender site. Just do a simple search of Joseph Comella and a flyer pops up with all of his information and it even shows that the victim was underage and a male. I wonder who the victim is? Jacob! He has from reading all of this a true victim of his father, the Chelsea Police Department in Chelsea, MA and the Court System. I had a friend this morning get copies of the police report and the court dockets surrounding this case. Sounds like there was some police stupidity. When the officer stated the type of relationship involved it said "HOMOSEXUAL RELATIONSHIP". I mean what is up with that? My friend is an associate in Andover, MA and got the entire public information of dockets filed, etc.

Jacob man, I am sorry that this person, whom I am not mentioning because of the 209A has really messed this up. But I read things and it just does not make sense how he can be a victim while your the one being taunted in public, all across the world wide web by this "friend" of his. I pray for you. I pray that the justice system prevails for YOU! This internet site is for complete tabloid BS.

I hope you keep your address and information where you are hidden from the fact that this person seems to be a little emotionally unstable as mentioned before and I can not imagine what this person could be posting on other sites like this! There are many!

To the owners of the site: Check information before you ruin the types of lives people have that never did anything wrong to begin with.

Hi! I am the person who started this thread.
Jacob Joey is still in my mind pure trash.

1) He never showed up when he filed charges that my friend beat him and kicked him in the ribs. Why? Never happened.
2) My friend got his protective order against him extended for another year! Why? Because the trash bag never showed up to defend himself.
3) The gun was found! Gun charges where filed on 12-3-12.

Confirmation from the Sex Offender Board in Salem, MA does confirm he is a sex offender and if you want a copy of the letter I do have it. Just post a comment with your email and I will send it to you. Also, you can goto the Commonwealth of MA. website, look under SOB department and they will give you a copy of the confirmation.

We have friends in San Diego whom like to think that he is all that. He is clever, a liar and most of all a danger to society. I do not know how people do not catch on to him and I really do not know how anyone can not figure out he is a sex offender. He must not have to register in San Diego, CA. Use his SS# for anything you want to. Let him know you have it.
